FAST DRY ALKYD - CUSTOM COLOR - 3.78L (3.31L + COLORATION)

Use
Multi-Purpose Quick Dry enamel suited for use in areas where fast dry & exterior durability arerequired.
Typical uses include, interior piping,guard rails, material handling equipment, production machines and interior-exterior steel structures.

Surface preparation
Remove of all detrimental foreign matter such as oil, grease, dirt, soil, salts, drawing and cutting
compounds, and other contaminants from steel surfaces by the use of solvents, emulsions, cleaning
compounds, steam or other similar materials and methods which involve a solvent or cleaning
solution.

Recommended tools
Brush and roller are not recommended for large surfaces

Fluid tip: E
Air cap: 78,704 or 765
Pressure: Atomization: 40-60 psi
Airless Spray:Tip size: 0.017"-0.019"
Fluid hose: 2500 psi (176 kg/cm²)

How to use
The entire contents of each container must be mixed well before application.
Dilute 10-15% by volume with thinner 111601,DE-300 or DE-400 (regular).

Film thickness requirement
mils: 1.5 - 2.0  microns: 37.5 - 50.0

Drying time
Dust free: 15 minutes
To recoat: 15 minutes- 3 hours
normally 1 hour
(3-36 hours not recommended)
Hard: 16 hours
