Surface preparation
Remove all detrimental foreign matter such as oil, grease, dirt, soil, salts, drawing and cutting compounds and other
contaminants from steel surfaces with Polyur 111628 (water-based cleaner) or Polyur 101601 (solvent based cleaner) or
approved equivalency.

How to use
Mixing
The entire contents of each container must be mixed well before application.

Thinner
Dilute 5 – 10 % by volume with thinner 111602, DE - 300, DE - 400 for air application.

Recommended film thickness
2.0 – 2.5 mils

Drying time
Dust Free: 15 minutes
To recoat:30 minutes
Hard:16 heures

Limitations
· Air temperature and surface should be between 10°C - 30°C (50 - 86°F)
· Should not be applied in high humidity conditions
· Should not be applied on cold, warm or wet surfaces
· Shelf life: 12 months @ 25°C (77°F) unopened
